Nestie Cookie Exchange

I had a great time at the Nestie Cookie Exchange, hosted by Jamers! Her house was impeccably decorated, and I had a great spot on the couch, where I could admire all of her Christmas tree ornaments. She said she got 6 "Our First Christmas" ornaments the year she got married- I'm hoping we do, too!

Dragonfly_Bride (Marisa) was the only one there that I had previously met, so it took me a while to get all the names down! I was especially excited to meet a few of the Knotties-turned-Nesties that I remember from my early Knot days: Mrs.BoomBoom (Christine), Carmeng (Carmen), and Hannikan (Hannah). The teachers in the group found each other, as teachers always do. :)



The cookies were fabulous- Scott was eagerly awaiting my arrival at home with the goodies! My favorites were the potato chip cookies (made by Jamie- SO good) and the shortbread (made by Shannon- equally as good!). And nothing could stop me from testing quite a few last night before bed! It's going to be a very good few days... we'll see how long they last....
