Scott and I hosted Christmukkah this weekend, and had a blast! We have great friends, and when we all get together, there is never a dull moment! Some photos to document the shenanigans......
Our dinner was a traditional (???) Christmukkah meal of enchiladas, Mexican rice, and cornbread. Oh, and vegetarian lasagna made with chard.... ok, so it wasn't very traditional.

After dinner, it was game time! We tried Scene It Squabble, and failed horribly. There's something about complicated rules that don't appeal to us... so we resorted to the fantastically fun Taboo, which proved to be much more competitive than I've ever known it to be!
Sara and Yorkey were very animated....
Marion was quick with the buzzer (especially on Scott's turn)....
...and the women were victorious in a landslide win of 71 to 52!
When you're on Team Awesome, is there any place but first?
Happy Christmukkah, my friends!
How FUN! I really love board games...what a fun way to celebrate Christmukkah. :) Happy Holidays!
ReplyDeletehahahahahhaha, that's so true. When you're Team Awesome, there really IS no place but first!
ReplyDeleteI really love Taboo. I wish we could play it online. I am better at Taboo than I am at Scrabble.
It was extremely fun hanging out with you ladies! And I have to say that we totally kicked butt at Taboo. Maybe next time H will be there and help Team Boys make it a closer race.
